DROPSHIPPING
Import Kareva has a Dropshipping service available to all our clients.
Dropshipping is a very simple operation : We ship the product directly to the end customer but we do not have a commercial interaction with them.
It is aimed at those sellers with an online store who want to increase their sales without having to buy and store the products before putting them on sale.
With this system, you can sell all our products without having them on stock. We will take care of shipping the orders that you will have received in your online store, directly to your customers in a completely anonymous packaging.
Dropshipping terminology:
Dropshipper: is the wholesale distributor (ImportKareva) that sells to the retailer (you) and at the same time sends the product to the end customer.
Dropshipping: Is the method of selling and distributing different products, where a retailer makes the sale to the end customer, but a dropshipper, as per prior agreement with the retailer, is the one that sends the product to the end customer anonymously.
Procedure:
We will provide you with a csv file with our products basic data and images so that you can include them in your online store.
We have an inventory update module that is updated every hour with the PrestaShop trading platform.
Your customer makes the order through your online store, making the payment directly to you. Immediately after you place will your order with us and proceed with the payment by credit card through our payment gateway of Banco Sabadel.
We then send the order directly to your client, informing you of shipping details and we will track it until the final delivery.
Orders are shipped through our transport company MRW. The standard delivery time is 24 working hours from the moment of collection and for the entire peninsula. All orders received before 1:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day, all orders received after 1:00 p.m. will be shipped the next day.
For shipments to Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla a please check with us for delivery dates as it is not directly dependent on our transport company.
Customers:
Our company will never have a business or promotional relation with your customer, we simply deliver the packets.
Furthermore, in accordance to the Legal Norm we process your customers data within the most complete and total confidentiality and we commit ourselves to never use them under any circumstances.
If need be and by your request we will sign a confidentiality agreement stating that.
Invoices:
Our invoice will never be shipped with the packet, unless you request us to send your invoice in the packet and in that case, please forward it to us by e-mail in PDF or JPG format. We are selling you the goods although shipping them to your client.
Packaging:
The order is packed in a completely anonymous package that does not reveal the sender. In no case will the contents of the package be revealed.
Minimum order:
There is no minimum quantity or amount for orders placed by our Customers.
Transportation and handling Costs:
ImportKareva S.A. charges € 6. for transport and handling that will be added to your invoice.
In the case of shipments to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, please consult the transport costs as they are higher.
